Last Updated: May 22, 2025
Welcome to TheUSSoftware! We're thrilled to have you use our application (the "Application"), which helps schools, colleges, students, and faculty manage attendance, documents, and educational resources while offering tools to make learning engaging and easy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are the rules you agree to follow when using our Application. Please read them carefully—they’re written to be clear and straightforward. By using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Application.
1. Who Can Use the Application
- Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the Application. If you’re under 18, you’ll need permission from a parent or guardian.
- Authorized Users: The Application is designed for students, faculty, and administrators affiliated with educational institutions. You may need to provide valid credentials (e.g., a school email) to create an account.
- Account Responsibility: Keep your account login details safe. You’re responsible for anything that happens through your account unless you report unauthorized use to us at pc113123456@gmail.com.
2. What You Can Do with the Application
We provide the Application to:
- Track attendance for students and faculty.
- Manage and store documents like resumes, certifications, academic records, and institutional policies.
- Offer tools to engage students, such as study resources, progress tracking, and interactive features.
- Display ads through Google AdSense to help keep our services affordable.
You’re welcome to use these features as intended, but you agree to follow these rules:
- Use the Application for lawful, educational purposes only.
- Don’t misuse the Application (e.g., hacking, spamming, or uploading harmful content).
- Respect other users’ privacy and data.
3. Google AdSense and Advertisements
We use Google AdSense, a third-party advertising service provided by Google, to show ads in the Application. These ads help us keep the Application running and accessible. Here’s what you need to know:
- Personalized Ads: Google AdSense may use cookies, such as the DoubleClick DART cookie, to show ads based on your browsing history, both on our Application and other websites. These cookies help make ads more relevant to you.
- Your Choices: You can opt out of personalized ads by visiting Google’s Ads Settings . You’ll still see ads, but they won’t be tailored to your interests.
- No Clicking Fraud: Don’t click on ads repeatedly or encourage others to do so to generate fake ad revenue. This violates Google AdSense policies and may lead to your account being suspended.
- Learn More: Check out Google’s Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy for details on how Google handles ad data.
For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
4. Your Content
- What You Upload: You may upload documents, comments, or other content (e.g., attendance records, study notes). You’re responsible for ensuring your content is accurate, lawful, and doesn’t infringe on anyone’s rights (e.g., copyrights, privacy).
- Our Rights: By uploading content, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and use your content to provide and improve the Application (e.g., to process attendance data or share study resources with authorized users).
- Prohibited Content: Don’t upload anything illegal, offensive, or harmful, like malware, hate speech, or unauthorized personal data. We may remove such content and take action, including suspending your account.
5. Your Responsibilities
- Follow the Law: Use the Application in compliance with all applicable laws, including data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, FERPA).
- Respect the Application: Don’t try to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Application’s functionality.
- Accurate Information: Provide truthful information when creating an account or uploading documents.
- No Misuse: Don’t use the Application to harass others, send spam, or engage in fraudulent activities.
6. Our Rights
We reserve the right to:
- Update or modify the Application’s features at any time (we’ll do our best to notify you of major changes).
- Suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity (e.g., ad-clicking fraud), or misuse the Application.
- Remove or restrict access to content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
- Cooperate with legal authorities if required (e.g., sharing data to comply with a court order).
7. Intellectual Property
- Our Content: The Application, including its design, code, and features, is owned by TheUSSoftware or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
- Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you upload, but you grant us the license described in Section 4.
- Trademarks: "TheUSSoftware" and our logos are our trademarks. Don’t use them without our written consent.
8. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including for Google AdSense advertising.
9. Termination
- Your Choice: You can stop using the Application at any time. Contact us at pc113123456@gmail.com to delete your account.
- Our Choice: We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Application, or engage in activities that harm our services (e.g., invalid ad clicks). We’ll notify you if this happens, unless prohibited by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Use at Your Own Risk: The Application is provided “as is.” We do our best to ensure it works smoothly, but we can’t guarantee it will always be error-free or secure.
- No Liability for Certain Damages: To the fullest extent allowed by law, TheUSSoftware isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of data, profits) arising from your use of the Application.
- Ad Content: We don’t control the content of ads served by Google AdSense. If you have concerns about specific ads, please contact us or Google directly.
